I am me, so much you see. There is much more for me to be. I am a poet, I like the words, I like the silence that goes unheard. I like the trees, I like the seas, I like the bees, I'll stop now please.

God's Golden Ambrosia--Mezzacorona Pinot Grigio

Welcome to my first wine review. We, (we being my wife Michelle and I) have recently discovered a wonderful Pinot Grigio. This, my friends, is ambrosia in a bottle. The yellow, golden elixir is sure to please the most formitable of paletes. A delicate, dry, white wine with a hint of floral aromas and I could feel the sunshine bursting forth from within the grapes as we drank it. It was so good that my wife and kids told me to shut up about it. I hope it startles you as it did me.

You can get a 750 ml bottle for around $6 but I'd go for the 1.5L for $9 at Sam's or Spec's and find a couple of friends to share it with. Give me a call if you can't find anyone. Serve very cold and keep it cold. An added bonus is it keeps in the fridge with no noticeable taste loss.

Slainte,
Tim
