Delicato....affordable quality

We first discovered Delicato from Sam's club. It was a 2003 Shiraz and came with two bottles for $9.50 so we had to try it out. It is actually a very good wine and has won many awards. They even make a 3 liter bota box for those who would rather have a better box wine than Almaden or some other wine box gut buster. The 3 liter bota box is around $15 at specs and is equivalent to 4 bottles. It comes with an easy pour spout and stays good for a month or two. We recently tried the Delicato Cabernet Sauvignon 2003 and it was very good as well. I suspect all of their wines would be of the same caliber of quality and affordability...my two favorite determining factors in a wine. Delicato is a great, affordable wine that is great for just about any occassion or meal. Check it out....
